Just Jhoom! means Just Dance and draws on a range of dance styles from classical Indian to bhangra with dashes of hip-hop, jive and jazz - it is energetic and loads of fun!! Inspired by the glitz and glamour of Bollywood films, Just Jhoom! is the first and only accredited Bollywood dance fitness programme in the UK.
In October 2012, I attended a 2 day course leading me to gain Fitness Certification Bronze Level. I am pleased to say that I passed my practical assessment which was recorded in Ripon on 12th December 2012. Thanks to all those who took part and were my "class" for the recording and thanks to all of you for your continuing support.

Bhangra Jhoom! is the new programme for Just Jhoom! - taking classes to another level by providing a higher intensity, higher impact bhangra workout and providing people with the ability to work even harder. Bhangra routines are slowly being integrated into the general Just Jhoom! classes
Forever Jhoom! is a low-impact class with all the fun of a Just Jhoom! session but without the turns and jumps. Use upper body, arms and hands to move to Bollywood music whilst doing gentle feet and leg movements, seated or standing. Suitable for older people or people with limited mobility. Forever Jhoom! has been introduced into one care home in the Harrogate area.
